The Crowne Plaza SF Mid Peninsula is in Foster City is just 6 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and 15 miles from downtown San Francisco.  The property is also easily reached from the Oakland and San Jose airports.  Located immediately adjacent to the Bridgepoint Shopping Centre, there are many stores and 9+ restaurants within easy walking distance.  The hotel is a 5-minute drive (across a freeway) from the SVSE location at the San Mateo Event Center.  The Exhibitor Reception on Wednesday, January 20 from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM will be held at the hotel.

Snader does NOT have a block reserved at this hotel, and rates are a bit higher.  The Marriott is the closest hotel to the Event Center (by about 2 minutes), but the distance is not walkable as there is a major highway to cross and no pedestrian bridge.
