The technicians and field service engineers of the Snader Services Department (SSD) not only take pride in their quality workmanship and attention to detail, they also understand the importance of quick diagnostics, repair and turnaround! Regardless of whether your facility uses broadcast production equipment, or audio visual equipment, the SSD team will efficiently service your equipment and / or systems, in the field, at your location, or in one of our two repair centers. After thorough diagnostics are performed, you will understand the extent of repairs needed, the estimated cost, and an expected completion date. Our work is guaranteed for 90 days, parts and labor.
SSD technicians are trained on past, current and new/upcoming products, service techniques, and evolving digital technologies by attending comprehensive training and certification programs offered by the diverse range of over 500 manufacturers we represent.
Comprehensive on-site service and preventive maintenance contracts are available not only to extend the life of your equipment, but also to save your company big money on costly repairs, down time, or outright replacement of ill-kept equipment. SSD can tailor a flexible contract to meet any service requirement or budget. From mission critical Failsafe 24 Service and on-site A/V Technician agreements, to annual block time arrangements, you willrest easy knowing your system will perform to expectations.
